In order to strengthen our Wolford presence at Selfridges, London, we are looking for a luxury-oriented and fashion-conscious sales personnel for the following position

Sales Consultant (f/m/d)

Part Time (22 hours per week)

As sales consultant you are offering our customers a unique shopping experience by taking them into the world of Wolford. You are enthusiastic, fascinated by our products and a real fashionist who is able to convince customers through customer centric service and a creative presentation of our products.

Your Tasks:

  • Offering sensitive advice and close support to our international clientele
  • Attracting new customers for our customer retention program and informing customers about our latest promotion and boutique campaigns
  • Merchandise management and in-store merchandising
  • Arranging the store and creating an exceptional customer experience

Your Profile:

  • You are keen on fashion and trends and familiar with relevant fashion brands on social media
  • Experience in the service sector would be beneficial
  • You are dependable even in stressful situations and You are willing to work flexibly
  • You have a proactive, self-reliant personality with a well-developed sense of responsibility
  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory (every other Language is a plus).
