Object of the company: The object of the company is the design, manufacturing and selling of luxury legwear and bodywear and exclusive lingerie, mainly under the “Wolford” trademark. The company designs and manufactures its products exclusively in Europe and meets the highest environmental standards. The Wolford-products are supplemented with a small selection of accessories such as scarves and bracelets.

The Wolford AG is governed by the Finanzmarktaufsicht Österreich (FMA).

The Wolford AG is a member of the Wirtschaftskammer Österreich (WKO), the competent authority is the Bezirkshauptmannschaft Bregenz.

Shareholder structure: FFG Wisdom (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. is the majority shareholder holding around 74.7 % of the shares in Wolford. The private investor Ralph Bartel holds 20.2% of the bearer shares. Wolford AG holds ca. 0.6 % of the shares as treasury stock. The remaining shares are in free float.
