The Supervisory Board resolved to extend the Management Board contract of Ralf Polito. Ralf Polito’s term as a member of the Management Board, which would have expired on December 31, 2026, has been extended until July 6, 2028.
The Management Board of Wolford AG will continue to comprise Ralf Polito as COO and Marco Pozzo as CEO.
