 Demand and Supply Planner (f/m/d)

Full-Time

In this position, you are responsible for the demand planning of our trend, catalogue and NOS products and also take into account available production capacities. Moreover  you are responsible for communication between the various departments involved in the E2E Supply Chain such as Merchandising, Purchasing, Product Management, Logistics and Sales

Your Tasks:

  • Collect and process the monthly demand for NOS articles within your product category, taking into account current market and sales trends
  • Facilitate the seasonal demand planning process twice a year for our seasonal trend collection
  • Project demand FOR a longer time horizon to enable rough planning of capacities and machines investments.
  • Constant review of sales to be able to react as quickly as possible to market needs
  • Pro-active communication with all stakeholders, such as Merchandising, Purchasing and Product Management departments in order to execute changes to the demand
  • Creation and facilitation of the demand planning calendar
  • Ongoing completion of the documentation of the planning processes and guidelines

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration, Supply Chain Management or Engineering –or- vocational training with 3 years work experience
  • Good German and English skills
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • First ERP knowledge is an advantage
  • Analytical skills and affinity for numbers
  • Enjoy dealing with complex problems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interdepartmental thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Distinct drive to work independently
